Client Service Representative (CSR)
Front Counter – Part Time

We are in search of a cheerful and pleasant part time client service representative that is able to combine a passion for pets with excellent client service for their owners.


Responsibilities:
Our Client Service Representatives are the first impression our clients receive when they walk in our doors or contact us by phone. Our CSR positions are expected to schedule and confirm veterinary and grooming appointments as well as boarding reservations; maintain updated records on each patient for any service - veterinary, grooming, boarding or day camp; present and explain invoice charges; process payments; proper cash handling; maintaining CSR email account; informing clients of our preventative maintenance plan for pets best health; educating clients about our available services. Each CSR is also responsible for working closely with our veterinary staff, our Animal Care Technicians and our Groomers to ensure quality service for our clients. All of our CSR members are responsible for learning and following our Core Values.

Dependable attendance is required. Candidate must be able to maintain accurate records, understand verbal and written directions; be able multitask and possess excellent communication and phone skills as well as tremendous judgement and problem solving skills. Extensive use of computer software is required for this position, so basic computer literacy is a must. Candidate must also be able to lift 40 pounds, able to walk, bend, stand and reach constantly throughout the scheduled shift. Candidate must have at least 1 year experience in a veterinary setting, as well as a minimum of 2 years client service experience. This position’s primary hours are evenings and weekends but will require some flexibility in the schedule, including holidays.

Animal Care Technician (ACT) – Part Time

We are currently looking for an energetic individual to assist with the care of our clients’ best friends whom are boarding, being groomed or participating in our day camp services.

Responsibilities:
Our Animal Care Technicians are expected to participate in any/all aspects relating to the care of the pets in our facility. Exceptional and proper care is key to our clients’ expectations. ACT members will maintain safety when walking any pet throughout the facility. Our ACT members are expected to interact with their team in a respectful and professional manner at all times. All of our ACT members are responsible for learning and following our Core Values. Dependable attendance is required. Candidate must be able to lift 40 pounds, able to walk, bend, stand and reach constantly throughout the scheduled shift. Must be able to maintain accurate records and understand written directions. Other tasks include, but are not limited to, day camp counselor, kennel suite cleaning, laundry, sweeping and mopping, following a daily task list and maintaining the cleanliness of our boarding and day camp areas.
